The daily activities of business are governed and monitored by a four-person Executive Team led by Gary Scherer. They meet weekly to monitor progress, establish priorities and policies and to plan projects and future trips to Kenya.

Our current Board of Directors is comprised of seven members who have established themselves in their respective fields. Their initial objective is to provide the expertise necessary to develop the program areas outlined in our mission statement.

Kenya Executive Team
Pastor Milton Sarara chairs the five-person Executive Team. They have been meeting regularly for many years directing the activities of the 13 senior pastors whose goals is to bring Christ-centered holistic development to the people of Kenya.
